Yes. All accommodations feature fully equipped kitchens designed to support both short visits and extended stays with apartment-style convenience. 

Select accommodations include private balconies that provide additional outdoor living space to enjoy Miami’s warm climate and city atmosphere. 

Yes. The accommodations are designed for extended stays with full kitchens, dining areas, in-suite washer and dryers, and spacious apartment-style layouts. 

The Executive One Bedroom Queen Suite is the largest option and accommodates up to six guests. It includes a private bedroom, den, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, and multiple living spaces. 

Yes. One-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are available for groups and families, offering multiple sleeping areas, kitchens, and spacious living environments. 

Yes. Select suites include dedicated workspaces, making them ideal for remote work and business travel. 

Yes. Accessible studios and suites are available and thoughtfully designed to support comfort, ease of movement, and independence for all guests. 

Accessible accommodations may include roll-in showers, accessible vanities, ADA-compliant layouts, wheelchair-accessible routes, and additional supportive design features.

Early arrival may be available depending on availability at the time of arrival.

Late departure may be available depending on occupancy, and additional fees may apply. 

Yes. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving early or departing later in the day. 

Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and check in. 

Valid EMV credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash payments are not accepted. 

Yes. A daily authorization of $150 is required for incidentals in addition to room and tax charges. 

Deposit requirements vary depending on the selected rate or offer. 

Flexible reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. A one-night deposit is required at booking. 

Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival incur a one-night penalty. 

No. Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or cancelled and require full prepayment.

Yes. A daily service fee of $40 plus tax applies per accommodation. 

The service fee includes Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, rooftop pool access, fitness center access, and additional guest amenities.

Yes. Children under 11 stay free when accompanied by an adult.

Yes. One-bedroom and two-bedroom suites offer spacious layouts suitable for families and groups. 

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.

Yes. Daily housekeeping is provided. 

No. Housekeeping will not enter when guests are present or when a Do Not Disturb sign is displayed.

Yes. Packages may be received and held for arriving guests. 

Packages received during stay dates are complimentary. Packages received before arrival or held after departure incur a $5 per package per day fee.
